Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving their order.

To qualify:

• Item must be unworn
• Item must be unused
• Original tags must be attached
• Item must be returned in original packaging

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Worn products
• Damaged products caused by customer use
• Products without original packaging

Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours.
2. Provide your order number and photos if necessary.
3. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Exchange shipping fees may apply unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
