Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving their order.
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Worn products
- Damaged products caused by customer use
- Products without original packaging
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours.
- Provide your order number and photos if necessary.
- Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process.
